Can I go on the play structure with my children?
Yes! You absolutely can go on to supervise your children (And have fun whilst doing so!)
Can my child go to the toilet on their own?
No, we have a strict policy and parents/carers must accompany their children to the toilet at ALL times.
Do I have to wear socks?
Yes, socks are an absolute MUST! They help to protect from injury and prevent bacteria from being spread around the play equipment.
Do you cater for food allergies and intolerances?
Yes, we do! If you have any allergies or intolerances please speak to a staff member who will ensure the kitchen staff are fully aware.
Can I bring my own food during a play session?
Unfortunately we do not permit any external food to be brought into the building and consumed as we have families that visit us with severe allergies. Exceptions with weaning babies and SEN children. Please make staff aware.
Can I just turn up as a walk in?
During term time, you are welcome to turn up and stay as long as you like.
If it is raining, the weekend or a school holiday, we highly recommend booking to secure your space. We only hold a limited amount of walk in spaces for each session. We adhere to 2 hour sessions during busy periods.

Jiggy Wrigglers Christmas Special
Jiggy Zo is back! Hosting a magical Christmas session for us. Christmas outfits are optional but warmly welcomed.
Bauble Painting
Capture your little ones hand or footprints on a beautiful Christmas bauble with the lovely ladies from Pitter Potter in Tenbury Wells.
They will be set up in our party room ready to help you create your mater pieces.
Halloween Party
Come and join us at Anchors Away for an evening of spooky fun with Dazzles Entertainment! If you’ve not experienced a Dazzles party, you’re missing out.
Ticket price includes: Spooky Buffet & Welcome drink, Disco, Spooky Games, Prizes, Sweets and more! Fancy dress encouraged! No face paint please as it’s very difficult to get off the soft play.
